The influence of retail environment on price perceptions: an exploratory study of US and Korean students
Article Abstract:
A comparison between American and Korean students shows that American students demonstrate higher levels of value consciousness, price mavenism, and prestige sensitivity than their Korean counterparts. Korean students, however, demonstrated higher levels of price consciousness and sale proneness. Managerial implications are discussed.
