Panic is a Yugoslavian-American businessman who hopes to restore some credibility and peace to his homeland. He is popular with the general public, but not with Serbian nationalists because of his conciliatory attitude. To gain peace he must wrest power from president Slobodan Milosevic.

Bosnia's endgame?
Article Abstract:
The US and Western Europe must rectify their grave error of allowing Bosnia's Serbs to wage ethnic war, by backing the peace process with real peacekeeping forces. Serbia must be held to any agreement by either United Nations or NATO troops.

Europeans may send peacekeeping forces to Bosnia for the purpose of protecting relief convoys. France, the UK and even Turkey may send troops to the war-torn country. Signs are appearing that the war may end soon.
