Leave well alone: ambassadors
Article Abstract:
Seitz, a career diplomat, is one of the best ambassador's the US has ever sent to Britain and should not be replaced when Pres Clinton takes office. Many ambassadors are appointed as political favors, but Seitz could not be replaced by anyone better.
