Industrial land availability(Cheshire-Wirral corridor)
Article Abstract:
Planning applications to develop industrial sites within the United Kingdom are difficult to obtain because of development constraints such as planning restrictions, physical or infrastructural difficulties, passive ownership and insufficient knowledge of land value. Revised procedures are needed to improve the acquisition of quality industrial sites, on a local and national basis. Both private and public projects should be encouraged to overcome these constraints.
