"We won't grow if we don't want to"
Article Abstract:
It is accepted within the business community that companies need to expand in order to remain successful, but an increasing number of small businesses have no desire to grow. Instead, they prefer to remain small, with few employees and self-imposed limits on turnover. Some companies may avoid anxiety by remaining small, while others are afraid that enlargement will mean a loss of control. Business advisers suggest that companies wanting to remain small should not rely on a limited customer base and should be aware of the competition in their chosen market.

How to be a voice of authority
Article Abstract:
Public speaking can be a very good way for owners of small companies and even people who work completely independently to get themselves well known in their particular sector. Those who deliberately seek to become involved in public speaking find that they gain a lot of business through this work. Successful public speaking requires a topic that can be conveyed interestingly in a short time. A maiden speech must be very well prepared, and care must be taken never to go beyond the allotted time.
