The sheriffs' revenge: gun laws

The 1994 Brady law requires gun purchasers to wait five days while sheriffs conduct a background check. Two sheriffs have filed a challenge to the law based on the 10th amendment, which limits federal power over state's rights. If successful, the challenge could revitalize the gun lobby.
