Wo ist Goldilocks?
Article Abstract:
The US has seen prolonged economic growth, and there are questions as to whether Europe can begin to perform as well. European economies are undergoing a recovery, but investment levels have not matched those of the US. High taxes and labor costs in Europe also hamper economic development. Europe has made progress in wireless technology. Spending on new technology will not necessarily boost growth, and there is a need for greater reform of labor markets and the tax system in Europe.
