Iraq faces new hurdle in push to export oil

North Oil Co.'s head, Adil al Qazzaz, said that a major oil pipeline that runs from the southern part of Iraq to the northern part cannot be repaired until the end of 2003. The comment represents another setback for Iraqi oil exports.
