Toward a typology of commitment states among managers of born-global firms: a study of accelerated internationalization
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to examine the behavior of born-global firms. These companies are found in most economies, especially in smaller, developed markets. The attitudinal orientations of senior managers in these firms are analyzed. Findings show that smaller organizations should not hesitate to enter lead markets and to enter several markets simultaneously.
