The same but different
Article Abstract:
Some areas of Italian business and industry have been increasingly affected by the growing internationalisation of industry, with several mergers and acquisitions taking place. Deals within the food industry are slowing whilst the banking sector has seen an increasing number of mergers and acquisitions.
