Peregrine's fall cited as new sign of suspect feng shui
Article Abstract:
While financial experts in Hong Kong debate the causes of the collapse of investment banking firm Peregrine Investment Holdings Ltd., geomancers point to bad feng shui as the reason for the decline. Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese method of divination which harnesses the spiritual power of geographic locations and features. Feng shui experts say that the Lippo Center building, which housed Peregrine, has the 'worst feng shui', with C-shaped formations on each side which resemble ancient Chinese handcuffs and bring bad luck.
