US owner sails toothfish liners

'American Warrior' and 'America No.1' two toothfish longliners being run by Seaport Management Services LLC of Seattle, Washington, companies owned by Pac Fish Inc., formerly Ocean King Seafood, have received licences from Convention for the Conservation of Antartic Marine Living Resources for catching tooth fish from Ross Sea grounds off Antartica. Accordingly, the two longliners are on course. Lawrence Lasarow, management partner and owner of Pac Fish, discusses the management of his fishing vessels.
