All timber walls breathe
Article Abstract:
Breathability of walls is an important aspect of architectural design, which is often misused because of a lack of understanding within the construction industry. The reduction of condensation is the main aim of breathable walls, which can be applied to any wall type. Water vapour is allowed to escape from breathable walls by the use of insulation layers, which can vary depending on wall construction.
