An Internet labour service is being offered by Contractor-Net and it already has 1000 electricians on its books. Electricians pay a fee to sign up on the service, listing their sills and availability for work. Potential employers must register, but do not have to pay a fee. They can browse the site, selecting potential employees, and they then have to pay a fee for each CV.
