Estimating NPV variability for deterministic models
Article Abstract:
A three-step approach was formulated to gather information on the variability of an investment project's net present value (NPV). The approach, which was based on experimental design theory and regression metamodel, generates data involving NPV variability through systematic factor variation. It utilizes experimental design theory to assists analysts in the creation of estimates regarding interactions between factors.
