Uni-Charm faces challenge; hold on diaper market tested by price battle
Article Abstract:
Investors are given a 'hold' recommendation on Uni-Charm stocks which closed at 5,400 yen on May 7, 1999 which went down 50 yen but are an improvement over the price of 4,750 yen posted in late Mar 1999. The recommendation is due to the intense competition with other baby-diaper manufacturers such as Kao and Procter and Gamble. Analysts recommend for investors to add Uni-Charm shares only if the price goes below 5,000 yen.

Article Abstract:
The Network, a new European media planning company being created by advertising agency Ogilvy and Mather, is set to begin operating on Jan 01, 1996.
