Concord, Mass.-based Starmet Corp. is being criticized by local environmenal groups and government officials for its failure to clean up a radioactive waste site. The site owned by Starmet, which makes munitions for the government, may be declared a Superfund site by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
