It has 3 companies - Visteon Powertrain Control Systems, Visteon Automotive Systems and Climate Systems India Limited. It intends to invest $150 million. It has already invested $100 million. It proposes to enter the replacement market with a range of products. It plans to launch air-conditioning systems, instrument panels, bumpers, alternators and start-up motors for vehicle makers. MRF TO EXPAND AUTO COATING NETWORK

MRF Ltd plans to expand its speciality coatings business. The speciality coatings division contributes Rs20 crore to its turnover. It plans to increase the franchisees network for operating auto-coat centres for auto re-finishing and marketing its vapocure paints for industrial and commercial applications. CORP HOMES PLANS TO EXPAND OPERATIONS

Corp Homes Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Corporation Bank, plans to expand and set up five new branches in Gujarat and Maharashtra by November 1998. The company started operations with one branch in July 1998. The new branches will be opened at Baroda, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Pune and Navi Mumbai.
