Skirmishes between Israeli soldiers and Hizbullah forces in Israeli occupied regions of Lebanon have been relatively minor of late. Killings and retaliations have taken place, but have not resulted in full scale battles or massive bombings. The situation could explode, and Middle East observers are jumpy.
