Vodafone holders reject activist plan

Vodafone to cut roaming charges before EU move

Vodafone Group PLC of the United Kingdom has announced a reduction in roaming fees by 40 percent to less than 44 European cents (70 U.S. cents) a minute from over 90 European cents. The mobile phone industry has been hit with stiffer fee regulation by the European Union.
