Technological changes, emerging markets crisis and mega-mergers are prompting financial institutions, specifically trading banks, to adapt themselves to the new challenges. Trade banks are expected to be defined by its ability to offer an integrated superior offerig of service, technology, product and global market knowledge rather than its balance sheet and deals done. Financial institutions are also expected to provide products using a web-enabled delivery portal.
