Article Abstract:
The corporate style leadership of the tycoon-turned-Prime Minister of Thailand Thaksin Shinawatra is evaluated. In spite of the Prime Minister's expansionary economic policies, which proved successful for the growth of Thailand business sector and its overall economic conditions, the conflicting interests in government policy due to mixing politics and business have created disfavor among some critics.
