Which way out?
Article Abstract:
It is suggested that it is worth considering the subject of management buy-out exit options before the transaction is completed. Little consideration is given to the exit, however, it would be prudent to identify whether or not the exit objectives of the relevant parties are compatible. Options include flotation on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange; listing on the AIM; trade sale; and second-round buyout.
