Yahoo to track impact of internet ads

Yahoo! Inc. of the United States is to introduce a research service for online advertisers so they can determine if their advertising is influencing sales. The search engine posted a third quarter advertising revenue increase of 46 percent to $1.16 billion. Online advertising in the United States increased 34 percent to $3.1 billion from June to September compared to a year earlier.

Beatles' record label wants Apple to change logo on iTunes product

The recording company of The Beatles, Beatles' Apple Corps is in litigation with Apple Computer Inc. iTunes regarding copyright infringement of the Apple logo. The spokesman for The Beatles said Apple Computer Inc. iTunes is in "flagrant violation" of a licensing agreement previously reached by the two companies.
