Toys and clocks & watches producer Herald Holdings posted a net profit of HK$5 mn for the year ended 31 March, down 63% from the previous year. Turnover increased 1% to HK$1.04 bn. During the year, the company's exceptional loss was HK$24.2 mn, which included a HK$7.62 mn loss on the closure of its electronics factory in Shanghai and HK$16.6 mn on expenses for research and development of its computer head products. *
