A framework for managing system disturbances and insights from air traffic management
Article Abstract:
A contextual framework of the process by which people recover from system disturbances is described. The framework has outlined the context and causes of a problem, the problem itself, the effect and exposure, the recovery process and the outcome, and it has become the basis for a performance prediction tool called the Recovery from Automation Failure Tool (RAFT).

A self-analysis of the NASA-TLX workload measure
Article Abstract:
The work load costs due to the computer-based and paper versions of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) measure is discussed. The results revealed that the computer version had more workload of the NASA-TLX as compared to the paper versions.
