A human phenome-interactome network of protein complexes implicated in genetic disorders
Article Abstract:
A systematic, large-scale analysis is performed on human protein complexes comprising gene products implicated in many different categories of human disease in order to create a phenome-interactome network. A database is created that provides a draft of 506 putative human disease complexes and the score associated with each complex can be used as a reliable indication of the quality of the data underlying the complex.

Toward data standards for proteomics
Article Abstract:
Data standards are essential to permit cooperative interchanges and querying between diverse and dissociated proteomics databases. Proteomics data are complex and difficult to process with existing changes, as the data cannot be interchanged easily among different hardware, software, operating systems or application platforms.
