Lotus 1-2-3 version 3.0 spreadsheet software runs and 80286 or 80386 IBM-compatible computers with a minimum of one megabyte of random access memory on both the DOS and OS/2 operating environments. Version 3.0 offers powerful three dimensional capabilities that allow the access of multiple worksheets. The program retains facilities of the earlier version and current users will be able to adapt quickly. Newcomers will be able to easily master the program due to its user-friendliness. The program comes with well-written documentation and installation is straight-forward. Standard features include access to up to 256 worksheets at a time, an impressive tutorial, and speedy entering of text and mathematical formulas. The program allows for the creation of all standard charts and sophisticated graphs and is a powerful database analysis tool.

Systems Union's SunSystems software offers a range of accounting software that is multilingual and offers the capacity to incorporate multiple currencies. Systems Union's software is used in 86 countries and is capable of being tailored to the different accounting regimes of those countries, a situation which provides SunSystems software with comprehensive facilities for posting transactions for as many currencies as needed. Different companies using different currencies can be consolidated into a base currency, and profit and loss reports can reflect fluctuations in currency over a trading period in both a base currency and a foreign currency. The software is well-integrated, has excellent documentation, clear screen prompts, context-sensitive help, and is user-friendly.
