A question of identity
Article Abstract:
After the World Trade Center and Pentagon Attacks, 2001, the U.S. and U.K. governments have seriously considered the question of compulsory identity cards not only to stem the entry of illegal aliens, or terrorists, but also for other well meaning purposes. To what extent our rights should be compromised to live more securely, however, is a question that remains so far unanswered.

Time to sort out revenue recognition
Article Abstract:
According to an Ernst and Young survey, about 60% of the Financial Times Stock Exchange-listed software companies have poor or very poor revenue recognition practices. Therefore, there is a call to the UK Accounting Standards Board for new standards for recognizing revenue.
