Agency hazards and alliance portfolios
Article Abstract:
Firm's decision regarding investment in alliances are affected by agency hazards that is created from separation of ownership and control. Agency hazards brings possibility of expansion for the firm's equity and nonequity alliance portfolio in international as well as domestic business environment and helps to accumulate investment in international joint ventures as well as domestic joint ventures.
