Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, Inc., Owega, NY., is being awarded a $6,355,743 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide for the Advanced Tactical Targeting Technology (AT3) program. This program will design, develop, ground demonstrate, and flight demonstrate a passive tactical targeting system to support the lethal suppression of enemy air defense. Northrop Grumman Corp., Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded a $17,424,116 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for interim contractor support from December 1998 through November 1999 for the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) prime mission equipment. For repair of failed components, this contract requires a turn-around-time of 155 days during the first 18 months after basic contract award after which the TAT becomes 65 days for the life of the contract.
