Article Abstract:
Rugby Estates performed well in 1998, and has further potential in the company's portfolio of commercial real estate. The company may not perform as well in 1999 as in the previous year, but it is still a strong performer among smaller British companies in the real estate industry. Rugby Estates is focusing on premium real estate in the center of London, England, and is moving away from shopping centers in less important locations. The company's profit is forecast at 3 million pounds sterling for the 12 months to Jan 2000, rising to 5 million pounds for the following year.
