Attributes of delivery media in computer-assisted instruction
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted on the use of multimedia computer technologies as training tools to determine the effectiveness of computer assisted instruction (CAI) techniques. Fifty-seven college students were divided into three experimental groups and subjected to two sessions of recall test. A multivariate analysis of the recall scores showed no significant differences between each group. Results showed that the video and audio CAI is more effective than the stills based CAI.
