Boston Scientific Corp
Article Abstract:
Boston Scientific Corp will not yet expand its production base because it did not purchase the $26 million, 35-acre Carling Park industrial area in Natick, MA. The medical equipment manufacturer, however, might have to look for another site to accomodate its growth. The firm posted 37 and 40% increases in sales for the Jun 1992 quarter and 1st half 1992, respectively. CEO Pete Nicholas attributed the rise to Boston Scientific's new products. Its stock, however, has not responded as much to the corporate growth.

Ballard Medical Products
Article Abstract:
The market's lack of confidence in small cap medical and biotechnology stocks has not made an exception of Ballard Medical Products. Despite exceptional potential for earnings and a good evaluation from Montgomery Securities, Ballard's stocks dropped from a high of over 35 points to the 20-point level. Montgomery's Len Yaffe has given a favorable analysis of Ballard's stock offering, citing among other things its income and revenue advances, as well as 33% projection on per share growth.
