Three executives of Cabletron Systems Inc. are planning to sell nearly a million and half shares at $33 to $35.50 each. Officer/Dir. S. Levine will sell 1.2 million shares, Officer Christopher Oliver will sell 205,000 million shares, while Dir. Donald McGuinness will dispose 5,000 shares. The divestments are the first by insiders in recent years. Cabletron is the largest manufacturer of networking products.
