Cellular models and word of mouth
Article Abstract:
Cellular models, or cellular automata, can be used in simulating the scope of word of mouth marketing. The model studies how a consumer agent can pass an information on neighboring cells, in consideration of several factors such as importance of the information, opportunity and relationship among the cells. The application of cellular models on word of mouth marketin simulation is discussed further.

Section 470 and pass-thru entities: a problem in need of a solution
Article Abstract:
Section 470, of American Jobs Creation Act of 2004, applied to certain garden variety and pass-thru entities across a host of industries, and the problems due to current statutory rules, are discussed. The possibility of finding a solution, such that Section 470 will not be applied broadly to pass-thrus, is also discussed.
