Article Abstract:
Ann Hayden was appointed CEO of Rochester, NY-based business-to-business advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi Business Communications. Hayden, who graduated with degrees in English and Philosophy from Boston College in 1975, worked as a copywriter in 1982 at Rumrill-Hoyt which was later acquired by Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Worldwide. She left Rumrill-Hoyt in 1985 only to return in 1988 as a senior copywriter. Hayden replaced Tim Cronin who will stay at Saatchi & Saatchi as an adviser and consultant.

Stephens: media key to planning
Article Abstract:
Mark B. Stephens, Group Media Director at Euro RSCG Dahlin Smith White, is convinced that a big shakeup awaits media buying in the future. Stephens predicts that as more technology-oriented media are written, new developments will occur which will have both negative and positive implications. The negative side is that messages will become more specific while the positive development will mean the capture of more specific audiences.
