Dental services marketing: do market segments based on usage rate differ in terms of determinant attributes?

Service marketers should consider various customer demands in dental services. Convenience-oriented features such as location, hours of operation and parking facilities are more important to heavy users than light users due to time pressure. Dentists should therefore take these features in consideration, along with general attributes such as service quality, professional competence, attitude of dentist and staff and waiting time.
