Facsimile & Telemarketing: A Team of Communication Resources
Article Abstract:
Automatic facsimile (fax) equipment has several capacities and advantages over manual fax models and such methods as TELEX, communicating word processors, or computers. As a multifunctional device, a data-to-facsimile terminal can perform many of the same tasks as a copier, a word processor printer, and a computer printer. Now under development, a 'mixed mode' device can act simultaneously as a optical character reader and a fax terminal.
