Edmund D. Pellegrino, the chairman of the President's Council on Bioethics, has given his views on bioethics and also on why scientists and policymakers would be wise to draw on both religion and reason in that endeavor. He has discussed the embryonic stem cell research and also the importance of recognizing that atheism or materialism is not any less a belief system than a religion is.

The DNA vaccine when injected into horses creates an impact that is sufficient to safeguard against the infectious diseases. Moreover if the West Nile virus vaccine is approved amongst the horses, then with the help of the advanced technology the DNA vaccine would be able to protect human beings from the infectious diseases like malaria, HIV and SARS.
