Incorporating user satisfaction into the look-and-feel of mobile phone design
Article Abstract:
The look-and-feel of the mobile phone is examined, using a consumer survey. According to the results the image and impression characteristics of the products are closely related to the humanproduct interface specifications as well as overall shape of the product.
