Effect of personal protective eyewear on postural stability
Article Abstract:
The study presented reports the effect of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulated personal protective eyewear on physiological factors associated with postural stability. The findings suggest that an individual's use of such personal protective eyewear may have deleterious effects on sensory input from the visual system and compensatory strategies to maintaining or regaining postural stability.

Stability of sitting postures: The influence of degrees of freedom
Article Abstract:
The influence of the degrees of freedom of the body on postural stability in sitting postures is investigated. The results have showed that a model, taking into account only the degrees of freedom of the lumbar and thoracic spine and pelvis, looks like a better predictor of postural sway than the total number of degrees of freedom of the body.

Development of a monitoring system for keyboard users' performance
Article Abstract:
A program called KBlog is created to check the typing activity of the video display terminal (VDT) user in the Microsoft windows operating system. The correctness and dependability of this system is checked by comparing time gaps recorded by KBlog against those registered by oscilloscope through the keyboard output electrical signals.
