Rat toxicogenomic study reveals analytical consistency across microarray platforms
Article Abstract:
A toxicogenomics data set was generated with the use of a rat chemical exposure study to reconfirm and extend the findings of the MicroArray Quality Consortium (MAQC) project. A high concordance in intersite and cross-platforms comparisons was observed and it was further concluded that the biological impact of chemical exposure could be reliably deduced from all the analyzed platforms.

Using RNA sample titrations to assess microarray platform performance and normalization techniques
Article Abstract:
The performance of five commercial microarray platforms was investigated using two independent RNA samples and two titration mixtures of these samples. It was found that titration samples were a valuable tool not only for evaluating microarray platform performance and different analysis methods but also for determining the biological features of the samples.
