Developing marketing strategies for green grocers: An application of SERVQUAL
Article Abstract:
Implementation of SERVQUAL questionnaire methodology is shown to be an effective tool to a retailer to identify strengths and weaknesses with respect to patrons' evaluations of outlet characteristics. The results of a survey conducted in the spring of 2000 with six green grocers indicate that consumer rating vary by feature group for ideal, actual, and minus ideal subgroup scores.
