This article contains three sections. The first discusses George W. Bush's statements about US dollar policy offered in June 9, 2003 as confused and contradictory. The second section describes the decline in the UK's currency. The third section Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's pleasure with the country's economy. The article includes sidebars with projections of currencies for countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
