France critiques its incubators before refinancing

Claudie Haignere, French minister for research and new technologies announced that the government is planning to invest $29.9 million to support the country's 31 public incubators as an initiative to their wider plan that includes the innovation for tax incentives design to support innovative companies. Critics suggested that this initiative would be successful only if the government finances a mechanism to actively track down creative research with commercial potential.
