Article Abstract:
Gadget lovers comprise one market segment of the high technology industry that is often driven by intrinsic motivation which is contrary to the mass market. The study further discusses consumers' behavior when it comes to adopting innovative technology. The results of four studies and a group interview are discussed, and suggestions for future research are provided.

A study was conducted to investigate the specific experience of anger and dissatisfaction, and their effects on customers' behavioral responses to failed service encounters across industries. The result from the study revealed that the empirical support for the contention that anger and service encounter dissatisfaction and customers' behavioral responses.
