Getting the group to work
Article Abstract:
A group work may be effectively facilitated by knowing the similarities and differences in views among the group members. To evaluate the group members, a set of questions should be formulated based on the 20 criteria of CICA's "Criteria of Control." All the criteria need not be tackled as long as the major issues are brought up. Then, members should be asked to rate their agreement or disagreement to a proposition. Finally, the ratings should be averaged and discussed. The similarities and differences along with the assumptions behind them, however, should be explored as well.
