Charlton to quit Cruden
Article Abstract:
Cruden Bay plans to place out a stake held by Michael Charlton who is a major backer of speculative investment vehicles and Cruden is not this type of speculative investment. Cruden Bay, meanwhile, has acquired Technolog and appointed a new chief executive, Claude Yonnet. The company will also change its name, becoming Utilitec. Charlton's stake has been reduced to 15% from 25% since he did not take part in fund raising for the Technolog acquisition.
