There are situations when people in an organization get caught up in a hype and belief that everything has changed and that they alone are a part of a company that has broken the mould and can make large amounts of money in a way that seems to have eluded everyone else. Such organizations require an objective and clear voice providing an effective warning at times when enthusiasm and hype are starting to obscure the reality of the organization's performance and prospects.
